Due to sanitary and health standards, electronic vapor devices, open coils, and e-liquids cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed or used.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee:

If a factory-sealed disposable vape is unchargeable, fails to fire, or has a manufacturing defect upon unboxing, report it within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a short video demonstrating the issue. We will dispatch an immediate replacement rider within 60 minutes.
